II. Right method of leg-bath

-Time of leg-bath : Everyday 1hour after meal, before sleeping & Time of morning wake up
-Every time not over 30minutes, It can be finished when a whole body is warm, lightly sweat on the forehead & under the arm
-After leg-bath, keep the foot warm.(dry down the foot, wear the socks and cover the foot with blanket)
-When you leg-bath everyday, put on lotion and oil afterwards.
